 Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because each piece of jewellery is carefully handled and intended for personal wear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
Please choose carefully before purchasing and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering. We are always happy to help you select the right piece.
 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will absolutely make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A description of the issue
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
Conditions
Items must not have been worn (except to identify the fault) Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, postal delays are outside of our control. However, we will always assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
